The sauna

This dry heat (90 degrees) causes profuse perspiration and a rise in the body temperature this will stimulate all the functions of the organism.

Steam bath

The room can accommodate 7 people; a vapor filled with essential oil is diffused in order to maintain the ambient temperature at 50C. This beneficial atmosphere, from which one can profit between 5 to 10 minutes maximum, contributes to clean the skin of its impurities and eliminate the toxins. In addition, the cardiovascular effort imposed by the heat invigorates the heart and the blood vessels while relaxing the muscles tensed by stress and tiredness.

Whirlpool bath

Is a continuity of the total relaxation offered to you. The heat of the water and the jets will contribute to your muscular relaxation.

River bath or iced bath

Plunged in cold water after warming up session (steam or sauna) increases the cardiovascular action and stimulates all the functions of the organism. In Japan cold water has been used for centuries to stimulate circulation and fight against rheumatism or inflammations.
