River bath or iced bath:After the warming up session (steam or sauna), plunge yourself in cold water to increase the cardiovascular action and stimulate all the functions of the organism. Body massage techniques
Swedish: Combining strength and softness, Swedish massage is performed mainly on the muscles and affects the muscles, joints, skin, breathing and nervous system. Often associated with fitness, it also has effects on the overall health of the person.
The Sports Massage: Pre and post competition massage. The preparatory massage helps to increase physical performance by the activating blood system and warms up the muscles by providing supplemental oxygen.
